If they make a promise to call you in certain day, they should fulfill their promise. The people are acting nice but some of them are not the smartest men out there and should be more communicative with their clients. Last month I took my car for something that should have taken 5 days but prolonged to ~ month.

This year I noticed an entirely new set of employees which surprised me. I used their body shop about two years ago and they did an excellent job on my car in a timely manner.
